How strong are your candles?

All of our candles are scented as high as possible without adding nasty additives! All of our candles are triple scented to ensure you get the best scent throw from your candle throughout its whole life!

How long will it take for my order to be ready to be shipped?

At Sweet Scentsations, each candle is carefully hand poured with love! Generally, our processing time is 5-7 days with some candles being produced quicker whilst other candles may take a few extra days if we are waiting on supplies to create your candles!

Can I pickup from you?

Of course you can, there is a pickup option at our checkout to pickup from Kurmond NSW 2757. The address will be on your fulfilment email/text message. Please let Louise know an estimated time that you will be picking up.

Do you refill empty jars?

You bet we do! Simply send us a text message, email or PM us on our facebook page to organise a drop off of your empty jars! All jars can be quoted without seeing them however we will need to inspect them prior to filling them to ensure the jar will be able to withhold the heat of the candle!
